Poetry Day

On October 16th, the Poetry Council of NC held its annual Poetry Day event at Catawba College. This yearly event honors the winners of the last years contests and gives the student and adult poets a chance to share their work.

This year we have photos and videos of the winners and attendees to share with you.

There was a nice turnout and the readings were terrific. Participants were also entertained by musician/comedian Bob Whyte and had the opportunity to purchase a lunch buffet.
